I am a safety and operations professional with over 20 years of experience leading facilities and risk functions for national and multi-national organisations.
My career has focused on bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational reality, ensuring compliance actually works in practice. Most recently, I headed facilities and operations for SkyCity Adelaide where I managed complex asset portfolios and safety transformations. I have now transitioned into a regulatory role as a WHS Inspector with SafeWork SA, where I apply my commercial and leadership background to oversight and enforcement.
My approach is grounded in risk management, psychology, and social science. I focus on human-centric safety solutions that are operationally efficient rather than just administratively heavy. Having been formally commended by SafeWork SA earlier in my career, I now leverage that full-circle perspective to drive higher safety standards across South Australian workplaces.

I approach investigations with a strict focus on the “why,” not the “who.” My process is unbiased and structured, looking deeply at the organisational factors and procedures that allowed an incident to happen in the first place. I don’t do blame; I do continuous improvement.
