Woman ‘killed by shopping trolley’ at Tea Tree Plaza inquest told
State Coroner Mark Johns handed down his findings today following an incident where a elderly couple on a shopping trip at Tea Tree Plaza were knocked over by a trolley, the trolley failed to lock into the travelator they were ascending and fell backward resulting in the death of one of the shoppers.
